Paloma Creek Annual Meeting

As the managing agent for the Paloma Creek Homeowners Association, Inc., we are pleased to invite you to the Annual Meeting of the Members to be held on April 25, 2024 at the Paloma Creek HOA Office located at 1501 Bluebird Drive, Little Elm, Texas 75068 or virtually via Zoom.
The election of the two Board members will take place at the Paloma Creek Homeowners Association Annual Meeting.
The Seventh Amendment to the Paloma Creek Homeowners Association Declaration regarding Leasing Restrictions is also up for consideration on this ballot.
You may vote online, by absentee ballot or by proxy. Information for online voting will be sent to you directly from a third-party site called VOTE HOA NOW. If you wish to vote by absentee ballot or proxy, please drop off your ballots at the HOA office no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday, April 22, 2024. The office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You may leave your ballots with staff during office hours. All paper ballots will be placed in a locked ballot box upon receiving them.
