Clubhouse Rentals
As a member of the Paloma Creek Homeowners Association, you have the exclusive privilege of renting one of the three beautiful clubhouses for your next big event. All clubhouses come with a kitchen, fireplace, tables and chairs. All reservations must submit a Clubhouse Rental Request. Once the request is received and processed, you will be provided the Rental Contract. In order to secure a reservation, the HOA office must receive your completed contract, refundable deposit check and rental fee check (including any additional charges).
Additional Policies:
- All reservations require a minimum of a 30-day advance notice from the date of the event.
- Reservations starting after 4:00 p.m. will require an additional fee of $200 for a staff member to be present (plus $50 per additional hour exceeding four hours).
- Reservations where alcohol will be present will require an additional fee of $300 for an off-duty police officer to be present (plus $75 per additional hour exceeding four hours).

If you require either a staff member or off-duty police officer, your rental will not be confirmed until the HOA office has secured that person for your requested date.

Lakeview Clubhouse

- $350 rental fee (for four hours)
