New Amenity Access System
Posted on Mar 22nd, 2023
We are excited to announce that this week we will begin upgrading the amenity access system! The new system will be much more convenient for our members, more reliable and more cost effective in the long term.
Tired of paying to replace broken or lost access fobs? Frustrated with coordinating a pickup or payment for a fob? We hear you! Starting next week, you’ll be able to access your amenities with a simple wave of the hand! All that will be required is a Bluetooth-capable cell phone (registered with the Open Path app). Once registered, your phone, via Bluetooth, will engage the system and grant access.

Severe Weather Fence Damages
Posted on Mar 3rd, 2023
In light of the recent severe weather, the HOA will make an effort to not be an additional inconvenience in our members' lives and help our homeowners recover by allowing a temporary exception for those who were impacted by the storms on March 2, 2023. The HOA is waiving the need to apply for approval, for any homeowners whose fences were damaged by the severe weather and are in need of repair and/or replacement, to complete such repairs as long as the fence is not being modified in any way from its original location, color or design. As a reminder, standard fences must be at least six feet in height, standard wood board-on-board, wood capped, treated and stained. No exceptions.
Some other reminders:
- Approved fence stain must be Ready Seal pecan, walnut or similar color semi-transparent stain from another brand.
- Repair on shared fences must be coordinated among neighbors.
