chevron_rightWhen are assessments due?
Assessments of $242.50 are due every April 1st and October 1st ($485.00 annual total). There are a few ways to pay your assessments. You may mail a check to the address on your bill: PO Box 30343, Tampa, FL 33630-3343. Please make sure your account number is on your check. You may also pay online or by phone at www.clickpay.com/FirstService. Please note, we do not accept money orders and payments cannot be made at the HOA office.

chevron_rightWhat are violations?
Paloma Creek Homeowners Association is professionally managed by FirstService Residential and must follow the letter of Texas State Laws for notifications and bylaw infractions. We are dedicated to protecting property values and keeping the community beautiful. If you receive a notice, please do not hesitate to contact us directly if you have any questions. Here are the most common violations for Paloma Creek:
- Trash bins visible from street
- Fence repair needed
- Mowing, edging and/or weeding needed
- Trim shrubs and/or trees

chevron_rightDo I need approval from the ACC Committee to make changes to the interior of my home?
No, only changes to the exterior need to be submitted to the ACC Committee for approval. For more information on modifications, go to the Modifications page.

chevron_rightAre vehicles allowed on the street?
Commercial vehicles, inoperable vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, boats and other watercraft may not be parked, kept or stored on any lot or street, unless stored or placed within the garage or screened from view of the general public. If you need an exception for a short period of time, email manager@palomacreekhoa.com. Disabled vehicles may not be parked in the street at any time.

No advertising signs nor signs referencing renting/leasing the home are allowed.

chevron_rightIs there a community garage sale?
Paloma Creek hosts two community garage sales throughout the year, one in the spring and one in the fall. Garage sales are held Friday through Sunday at the homeowner's residence and take place the third weekend of March and the third weekend of October each year. All homeowners make their own hours and can choose which days they want to participate.

chevron_rightWhen are the pools open?
The four community pools are open May through September. Please review the pool rules and guidelines on the Pool Information page. The pool will be staffed with monitors during periods of high occupancy, but there are no lifeguards on duty.
